RED BANK – A minor change in the approved site plan for the Azalea Gardens residential project brought its developer, a frustrated Roger Mumford, back to the Red Bank Zoning Board May 15.
Azalea Gardens Project Will Spring up in Summer
After years of delays, construction is slated to begin on the Azalea Gardens housing project at the corner of Hudson Avenue and Harding Road. The original proposal for the project was approved by the borough zoning board in 2017.
