HOLMDEL – When the hit Apple TV+ series “Severance” needed a distinctive setting to bring its dystopian corporate world to life, the show’s producers found the perfect backdrop in an unlikely place: Bell Works. 

TINTON FALLS – Encouraged by the success of Bell Works in Holmdel, developer Inspired by Somerset Development (Inspired) recently announced plans to create another “metroburb,” located off Hope Road in Tinton Falls in the Commvault building.

Bell Works-based technology giant iCIMS will lay off 69 employees associated with its Holmdel headquarters as the firm undergoes a companywide transformation.

Bell Theater, a 285-seat venue in the iconic Bell Works complex in Holmdel, is Central Jersey’s newest home for arts and entertainment.

Joe Grushecky grew up in a coal mining town outside Pittsburgh, its population made up of immigrants who came from Europe to work in the mines seeking a better life.

The Jersey Shore Chinese School utilized the cavernous space on the ground floor of Bell Works to present a multilayered program Sunday, Feb. 4, showcasing the talents of students and teachers.

Halloween was once a time for jack-o’-lanterns, scarecrows, Casper the Friendly Ghost costumes and trick-or-treating. Somewhere along the line, adults co-opted the holiday and everything changed.

HOLMDEL – After half a century of worldwide success, The Manhattan Transfer is still going strong. The Grammy Award-winning group will be in town for one night only at the Theater at Bell Works Saturday, Nov. 20. It’s a rare opportunity to see the legendary jazz and vocal quartet in an intimate setting, presented by the Axelrod Performing Arts Center.
