Oceanport Borough Named in Two Wrongful Termination Lawsuits
Two separate lawsuits against the Borough of Oceanport alleging unlawful termination have been filed in Superior Court in Freehold. One was filed by former court administrator Lesley Kirchgessner, who was terminated in March. The other lawsuit was filed by former council member Keith Salnick, who was removed from office in May 2025.
