Two Residents Will Challenge Incumbents in Municipal Election

Two borough residents have filed letters of intent with the Red Bank Democratic Party to run for borough council against two sitting council members who bypassed the party process. They filed petitions directly with the borough clerk seeking nomination from the county dems.
