RED BANK – Residents on the West Side of the borough near Shrewsbury Avenue are fed up with many things. Most importantly, they are “tired of being ignored” by elected officials, said Freddie Boynton, a self-proclaimed “West Side advocate.”

RED BANK – As the borough looks to rebuild its damaged senior center on Shrewsbury Avenue, residents were not shy about sharing their critiques and suggestions on the latest plans at last week’s public input session.

Plans to build a three-story mixed-use building at Shrewsbury Avenue and Drs. James Parker Boulevard are before the borough Red Bank Zoning Board again.

Yellowbrook Property LLC, owned by local developer Roger Mumford, brought plans for a $7 million, four-story, mixed-use building on Shrewsbury Avenue before the zoning board March 18.
