Fulfill, formerly the Food-Bank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties, has added three new members to its board of trustees as the organization works to keep pace with rising demand for food assistance. The nonprofit announced July 28 that John Salata, Stephanie Taylor Ayers and Nancy Riordan have joined the board, bringing backgrounds in finance, corporate leadership and education to an organization that serves more than 150,000 people each month.
