Milagros Barbosa, 72, of Tinton Falls passed away in Long Branch July 17. She was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico to Miguel Algarin Ramos and Modesta Lopez Ramos.
Milagros was an employee for Fort Buchann in Puerto Rico. She was a former communicant of St. Anthony R.C. Church. She loved watching old movies, especially the ones starring John Wayne and Marlon Brando. Milagros was a big fan of Elvis Presley and most of all loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Juan Barbosa; her loving mother Modesta Ramos; her two brothers Edward Ramos and Juan Antonio Gonzalez; and her sister Lydia Dominguez.
She is survived by her beloved children Thomas Rodriguez Jr. (Alice), Angel Rodriguez (Susan), Carmen Rodriguez and Luz Barbosa; her loving father Miguel Algarin Ramos; two brothers; eight sisters; 10 adoring grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation took place at John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, July 20. A Mass of Christian burial was held July 21 at St. Anthony’s R.C. Church in Red Bank with a private cremation.
