MIDDLETOWN – Creative people from around Monmouth County gathered at Thompson Park May 4 to take part in the Monmouth County Park System’s Creative Arts and Music Festival. Painters, jewelers and glassmakers were just some of the many artists displaying their work for attendees while also being treated to music from local musicians. Guests also had a chance to partake in various art projects, painting a board for park visitors to enjoy and taking lessons on bonsai trees and woodworking.
