"Seven Homeless Mammoths” Extends Run at TRTC

The Two River Theater Company continues its season with the world premiere of Madeleine George’s “Seven Homeless Mammoths Wander New England,” directed by Ken rus Schmoll.
Performances began in Two River’s Marion Huber Theater on October 15 and continue thorugh Sunday, November 13, including a week long extensions due to audience demand.
An “academic sex comedy” containing material suitable for mature audiences, “Seven Homeless Mammoths…” explores the history of human relationships, starting with those in a small university town that is planning to close its natural history museum for financial reasons.
The TRTC will host “After Play” a new series a post-play conversations with a member of the artistic staff this season. During the run of “Seven Homeless Mammoths…”, members of the audiences are invited to stay following the performance (except Oct. 14, 22, and 29) to discuss the production, themes and ideas it inspires, and the process of developing and producing a new play.
