LINCROFT – Just 17 days earlier, Christian Brothers Academy was on the losing side when archrival Red Bank Catholic celebrated winning the Monmouth County baseball crown. This time around, the Colts came out on top – and got the higher-stakes trophy – dispatching the Caseys 11-1 in five innings to win the Non-Public A South championship.

Shore Conference softball’s reputation speaks for itself, and the 2025 SCT promises to bring excitement thanks to three juggernauts at the top of the seeding. Donovan Catholic is currently the top-ranked team in New Jersey with an undefeated record.

WALL – The Shore Conference altering its hockey postseason format to a top eight team bracket playing for the Handchen Cup with the next eight teams vying for the Dowd Cup has proven to be a welcome change.
