As medical and nutrition professionals continue to stress the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, two local women with a passion for working out have found a powerful way to promote wellness by giving Two River Peninsula residents exclusive access to health resources and connecting them with experts located in the area.

Siobhan Gallagher and Erinn Romanowski, self-proclaimed “gym junkies,” created Monarch Wellness out of their strong bond over fitness and similar beliefs on healing pathways, from gut health, meditation, skin, beauty and everything in between. “Monarch’s mission is to link clients to longevity solutions for mind, body and spirit,” said Gallagher. “Our community is filled with the most incredibly smart, sophisticated, cool, yet super busy humans who crave true wellness but are just not sure how to put all the pieces together in this seemingly elusive wellness puzzle.”

Monarch recognizes the community’s easy access to New York City, where high-caliber resources are limitless. Still, through their network, they uncovered that some of the most advanced wellness resources are available locally, and residents don’t have to hop on a ferry to obtain them.

Located in the heart of Rumson, Monarch has sculpted itself as the core connector to all the influential practices and inspiring partnerships the town and its neighbors have to offer, such as boutique gyms, nutritionists and wellness coaches. Next door, Monarch’s go-to clinician is Erica LoPresti, R.N., M.S.N., F.N.P.-B.C., of Shore Point. Monarch has partnered with Shore Point, which focuses on medical aesthetics, to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions for improving their health. “We live what we preach. We would never recommend a service or program without having our own personal take on it,” said Romanowski. She assures clients their recommendations receive a Monarch stamp of approval only after hours of research, trials and analysis.
